ASAHI stainless steel ball bearing units provide the excellent corrosion resistance as well as self-alignment; all stainless steel insert bearings incorporated with stainless cast steel housings. The insert bearing is lubricated with NSF H-1 food grade grease as standard, and also available with heat-resistant lubricant for the stable performance at high temperature.

The housing is renewed with beautiful surface and solid base suitable for the hygienically clean environment by the lost wax casting process. This series can be also served with stainless steel covers on request for steady protection against dusty conditions.
