Optibelt RR/RR PLUS Polyurethane round section belting

CONSTRUCTION:

The elastic ribbed belts of profiles EPH, EPJ and EPK consist of:
top surface, elastic tension cord and base compound.
The elastic ribbed belt is characterized by the highly individual options for designing and adapting it for different drive solutions particularly for fixed distances between centers.
In addition, the running properties of the ribbed belt can be further optimized by additional refinement of the surface on the ribbed side.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Combines the high flexibility of the flat belt with the high power transmission capability of the raditional V-belts.
• Small pulley diameters.
• Large speed ratios possible.
• Good frictional power transmission and high power transmission capability.
• Insensitive to torque impulses and short-term overloading.
• Assembly is possible on fixed centers with no need for adjustment for belt tensioning.

• Profile PJ: Small compressors, cement mixers, white goods, small tools.
• Profile PK: Fans, air conditioning, concrete saws, wood saws, industrial washing machines.
• Profile PL: Compressors (> 30 kW), industrial washing machines.
• Profile PM: Paper industry, agricultural machines (silage cutter), sugar cane cutter.
