Optibelt KB VB

CONSTRUCTION:
Optibelt KB VB kraftbands consist of high-quality single V-belts which are joined together with a top surface. Depending on the application, up to five classic V-belts may be used per kraftband. In special cases, kraftbands with more than five V-belts can be supplied. If several kraftbands are used per drive, matched sets must be used. Optibelt KB VB kraftbands are used above all with extreme shock loads or large centre distances in combination with small diameter pulleys and with vertical shafts.

APPLICATIONS
Optibelt wrapped KB kraftbands are primarily used in mechanical engineering and agricultural machines.

Optibelt RED POWER 3 compact drive element is primarily used for special problem solutions in mechanical engineering and commercial vehicle construction. We recommend the use of optibelt KB RED POWER 3 for maintenance-free drives and for the use with back bend tension idlers

The use of optibelt SUPER KBX-POWER kraftbands is recommended when dealing with compact drive solutions with high power requirements, small pulley datum diameters and for many ore special applications in mechanical engineering and vehicle construction.

The advantages of the optibelt KB kraftbands with aramid tension cords become obvious when dealing with heavy loaded drives in mechanical engineering and in the agricultural machine industry. These kraftbands provide the highest possible level of reliability wherever high temperature impacts and low adjustment ranges are present.
